Asking + Seeking + Knocking = ASK!!!

Seconds, Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months and Years had passed, the world seem to be changing a lot while I was at home today, wasting my time away. Something got a hold of me. I knew it during the prayer session during pre-service prayer at music room yesterday. Yet today, I idle my day away.

Through the many happenings, I'm realizing more of God's wonder and His works in the midst of my life and at times, I struggle with Him when I can choose the easier way of just letting it go. Through it all, I'm learning how to let go of the things surrounding me. I often sing this song..... it goes like this..... Jesus, You are my best friend, You will always be and nothing will ever change that..... But in reality, God is always ready to be my best friend while I was singing that..... Did I really treat Him as my best friend?? Will the worldly friends I have make me complete?

Those were the times.....

In a recent incident, this led me to think. I discovered that God has never forsaken me and the little things I worry are simply for God to handle. Learning to trust in Him is all I need to do. When will I fully understand and obey? Will I be like King Nebuchadnezzar who obeyed the Lord after 7 long years? I think through it and I felt that it's better to obey than sacrifice.

Lord, I ask for a big favour that you will be my guide, strength, love and my best friend. I know you will never forsake me. Through the many encounters, I know that You are the reason I live. Nothing will satisfy me except You.

Thank God for the nice dinner outing I had with some of the 'bandits' =) Most of all, I thank Aurelia mei for playing the piano for the song Justin and I composed. Lord, I ask for big things to come through small things we do. You will mould me and make me a difference.
