Felt blessed today while I was waking up and getting on with my usual routine. Received a call from World Partners Solution, offering me the Assistant IT Engineer job for the next two weeks! Thank God for this opportunity.
Went for MSG for the first time since there's no cell tomorrow. Kinda cool since I've never attended MSG even though I've attended a few sonic edge sessions last time before the Youth Service started last year. Witnessed the change in leadership of Sonic Edge and I guess many things will start to happen, of coz good things. Pray that Pastor Glenn will know God even more as he takes time for his retreat.
As for me, I've made up my mind to serve God and to compose new songs and testify the goodness He has given me. Whether good or bad, I guess I'll still follow Him always. It's tough but nevertheless, I believe in Him and I only trust Him alone.
Great day though. Nothing much to say except that I made new friends like Amanda who is into Japan for mission work. Joseph and Anthony from Africa, through Kimberly. Met Kimberly for late lunch and fellowship with the African friends.
Just came back and I wanna soak into His presence and sleep early. Long day ahead while I review the teachings of the Music Theory and Acoustic Guitar lessons.
Be Blessed!

Goodbye TCC!
After much consideration, Justin and I will have our last TCC treat till a long while..... probably before he goes to somewhere ba..... At this point, we just want to save money, especially in the month of Sept. Lots of birthdays and not forgetting my mentee, fellow mentor and of coz the most impt friend/buddy.
We had bible study at church today. Pastor Jenn shared about Praise..... the 7 Hebrew words associating with Praise. Gotta know more about the word Praise and its meaning for each different word. Glad to be there today as we really had some insight and I hope we can demostrate and get these knowledge instilled into our minds.
Headed to Holland Village to have supper with Justin and went to TCC. Realized that we didn't had much to chat about. That made us realized that we should start saving money. Cannot afford to waste money like that. From now on, we are saying TCC, goodbye..... Thinking through, I was thinking that the telemarketing job seems better than the IT thingy. I hope God will just close the door if it's not His will. I rather fulfill His will than mine. Remember, consequences while making decisions. Similarly, we learnt that Praise is also making decisions.
Anyway, almost met into an accident. The cab driver went into the wrong lane!! God, thank You for saving me. If not, I'll probably become mince meat. All in all, Justin and I had a great time. Especially these few days. For now, we better have some space for ourselves. If not, we'll become glued! Wonder if I should attend MSG later.....

MM Group Outing - Seoul Garden
This MM Group Outing has been planned by Ellise and Jarrett! I really appreciate your hard work in planning all these. Knowing that it might be difficult to gather the people and yet they gathered just the 4 of us which is fairly good since we enjoyed it and the others just simply have other priorities.
Though we make quite a number of changes, it wasn't bad as the Sentosa trip was pretty tough to plan as the weather is unpredictable, many people didn't respond to it too and so on. Changing it to a dinner may be quite last minute but I guess it really shows how committed the OIC and AIC is.
Looking back, I believe that a leader requires a group to support him/her. Without a group, there will never be a leader. Likewise, I hope that the MM group of SA will grow and meet the needs of their people. Hopefully, Ellise and Jarrett have learnt much more valuable lessons this time round.
Back to the outing venue! We had Seoul Garden and dinner was really fun, relaxed and totally awesome. I didn't expect it to be so fun and even though it's only the 4 of us. SA might have lost its meaning to many of us but I hope they will be able to adapt and become stronger leaders. SA isn't everything but it is everything too.
Taking it home, I believe that two of them really did a great job. Val and I enjoyed it too and I hope Ellise and Jarrett enjoyed themselves too!
Great Job! Next, it would be Hadi's birthday celebration..... I'll invite as many as possible.
Be Blessed!

Cycling + Shopping!!
Finally, after so many months, we met for cycling again! This time, Lisa joined us for cycling. Recalling the last time (dec 2005), Aurelia, Justin and I went to East Coast Park and had time to really chat and spend moments. This time round, we had to rush a little..... still got moments but not as much as the previous time. Anyway, this is the first time I go out with Justin for 3 days in a row. Thanks Justin for the time spent! (I know I can be really irritating and annoying!) More to come.....
We went for lunch at Bedok Interchange before the cycling session. The Mee Bandung is nice! Didn't eat that before and never heard of it too. We had a good lunch before cycling. Lisa was worried about the money to rent a bicycle and I told her, it's been covered. Don't worry! True enough, when we reached there..... guess what?? Rent 3 bicycles and get 1 free!! See?? Goodness of the Lord is among us. Just nice, we had 4 of us and best still, rent 1 hr get 30 mins free. We spend our time wisely and we got to know each other better in one way or another.
After which, we went to Gelare for 'high tea' and I made a terrible mistake of ordering the wrong ice cream!! I don't really like MINT..... the ice cream..... Chocolate Chip Mint Fudge..... didn't really think that it's MINT!! LOL! Thereafter, Aurelia went off to do her stuff while Lisa went home to study. Justin and I went for our shopping. Prior to our shopping, we went to watch Barnyard!! It was really funny and we laughed it out with lots of space to ourselves. Not many people at Eng Wah (Suntec) though. Presenting.....
Justin and I went shopping and we found our clothes at TOPMAN!! We spent the same amount of money though. It cost $83. LOL. This is the 2nd time we bought clothes at the same store. As in, the last time was our jackets at FX Men and I guess we know each other's taste and match. I really like the shirt! Anyway, here's the videos:
Went to Thai Express for dinner and I guess we had so much to chat and share till we really need more time. But that's how it works. We need to spread it out. Visions, dreams, prophecy..... lol..... more to come. Finally, I got a new mentor and we'll be really talking things out soon. More excitement on its way as we reach September..... many birthdays, many impt people to meet.
Thank God for the perfect weather and blessings.

Corporate Prayer + TCC
Supposed to attend the Inauguration Ceremony but last minute, I decided to drop the idea and went for corporate prayer. Though I seldom go for it, this time round, I decided to drop by. Went to Josh's place to have our chat and games, showing me around his place, etc. Went to church with him and that's how I ended up at corporate prayer.
As I for it, I guess I'm more relaxed and refreshed though I was tired!! Met up with Justin for supper at our usual hangout (TCC). Was thinking of meeting someone else but I guess couldn't meet up due to some issues. Hanging out with Justin is awesome lor..... we were thinking of going for movies but I felt that we'll lose too much energy until we get drained out. Took some pics of the food we ate, so don't drool okay?
I hope today will be a fun day since I'm meeting up with Justin in a moment's time. Preparing to get out of the house soon, while encoding my new CDs into my iPod. Hope to see someone later. Guess I'll feel better seeing my good friend.
I pray that the Lord will renew me each day. I'm weak but He is strong. Thank God for the many encounters with Him. I'm searching for more.

YES2 + Inauguration Ceremony
In a few hours time, RP is having the Students' Council Executive Committee Inauguration Ceremony 2006. I'm thinking whether I should attend or not. Since all the Presidents and Vice-Presidents have to be in formal wear. Looking at it, I feel like going for Corporate Prayer at church instead. Make my time more useful though.
Still deciding whether to attend as the event is just merely another event to me. It doesn't seem to impact the club a lot as I feel that it's all for show. If it's for show, why bother?? Let's see how it goes. Currently, I rather meet Josh and if I'm in the mood, I will go to the ceremony. Let's just say I'm not particularly into all these anymore. I prefer to help the club progress into the next stage rather than all these fake shows.
Next is YES2! I'm all ready for YES2 as I guess YES was a success. Just a little brief intro about YES. YES is Youth Evangelistic Service by COOS Youth! At the last YES, I was deeply touched and I guess that is the point where people were touched too. This time round, I'm trying my best to get the people I wrote on that board. I pray that it will be easy for me.
As I pray for them and passing stickers, I hope to bring them closer to God. I wonder how will it be like when heaven is growing bigger..... more souls are saved! Looking forward to it.
Time to sleep now!

Job Interview + Cell Group
It's been quite a long time since I went for a job interview. Just think that the interview was cool even though I wanted to give it up when I was there. Everything seems so 'cold' in this world. Everyone seems to be enemies..... but when I went in and check things out, the boss was quite nice.
Anyway, back to the whole point here..... I believe that God is good all the time..... in fact, I was so free that after the interview, I went to Trumpet Praise to see see look look..... then went to church for dinner and had cell group. Led worship in a different way today. In fact, I led the song that Justin and I composed. Somehow, it reminded me of the reason on why we composed it. We composed it on the day when both of us had the inspiration and on that morning while I had guitar lessons. It was incidentally the day when Sarah Young preached.
It was kinda cool today. I enjoyed the day since the FYP presentation, job interview and the cell participation encouraged me deeply and hopefully this will continue every week, refreshing moments.
That's all for now.....

FYP Presentation - It's Over!!
Finally, it's the end of the semester and FYP came to an end after 1 long hour of presentation. I guess I was too calm to make any obvious moves during the presentation. As in, I wanted to speak up more but you know, the one that did 30 pages kept on talking. The whole world knows about it..... but anyway, Jerry and I were comforted as in we did our best and hopefully, we'll score well and get a pass.
Had lunch with Jerry and after that, looked for Hadi and Kah Hao and the rest! Erm, was very formal today since it's FYP presentation. Valerie was quite formal in dressing today. Took some pics of us since it matches the mode. Anyway, after seeing them, chatted with Chuling for a while before I headed for Poly Forum weekly meeting.
After the meeting, Hadi and I went home before meeting up again for W26R Chalet/BBQ. We went there and grumble our thoughts and I guess everyone enjoyed themselves. Just came back not long and going for job interview tomorrow. Hopefully, I can get this job as I just want to work for these few weeks to earn some income before celebrating Ee-Lyn's birthday next month.
Poly Forum 2006 is drawing near and I guess there are many things to prepare and I hope I can handle all the stress and all. I'll be working 3 days a week and hopefully, full days. Looking forward to spend this holidays working and forgetting about my FYP, which is over. Looking on the brighter side.
Collected my invitation card to the Academic Awards Ceremony 2006 and thinking of inviting Ee-Lyn and Justin. Wonder if I should get my mum and sis? erm..... thinking of a change though. Still thinking.....
Seeking for direction, following that light.....
