Music Advance 2007 (May)

Yesterday was the Sonic Edge album launch and today is the Music Advance 2007! This was challenging as I woke up early after sleeping at 4am. Woke up for an early breakfast with Jesselene and Joycelin. We had our breakfast at Serene Centre McDonalds. Thereafter, we went straight to Jean's place. It was an easy trip via cab.

Though I had only a short 2 to 3 hour sleep, I'm surprised that I survived it all. The topic was timely for me to review my servanthood life. Many times, I thought I've 'reached' that stage but I seem to lose it once I 'reached' a certain stage in ministry and in life. Coz these things doesn't satisfy me except Jesus alone. While all these things ran through my mind, we had fun laughing at the skit that Tab and the team did. While we went through the activities conducted by Josh, all the memories came back. Especially when he asked about the washing of feet. When I knew the theme was servanthood, immediately, the thought of feet washing came in deeply. =)

In the afternoon, after the nice lunch prepared by Roy, our 'makan' I/C, we prepared for the Children's home visit. It was tough for me but I reminded myself why we are going there. Though I felt lost the minute I stepped in, I felt this peace and comfort that Jesus always assured me of. Don't be afraid, go to them. It's not easy for you, Jesus said. Then I tried. It became easier and easier. =)

As we headed back, it was a great thinking debrief and it challenged my thoughts. Soon, dinner came! It was buffet. LOL! Had a great time even after dinner as we had our usual games played during our relaxation moments. =)

As usual, let the pictures speak out loud. Will be posting them a few at a time. =)
*Might take some time to load. Will be posting bits by bits.*

Just A Surprise Ride!

Strangely, today many things happened. First thing in the morning, I received a call from Rachel over Pfingo (IP Phone) and over Skype too. It's great to hear from her from a faraway land. Thereafter, my dad asked me whether I wanna use the car today. And here goes the story of blessing others.

Justin - Surprise!
*Completed his mission trip newsletter!*

Julia @ Justin's place
*As usual, Julia and her camera*

Chilling @ Juz's place

Photo Madness!

Called Justin to ask whether he had any plans tonight. Julia was free to chill but Justin had to finish up some work. Decided to send Justin back to base and picked Julia up for a ride to Justin's place. She had her favourite Ice Milo and I got to have a chill out ride with them. It's cool, isn't it? I believe that Justin and Julia were blessed tonight. They probably have lots to handle from now to mission trip.

My 'Try-Out' Egg Pasta

Alfredo Pasta, anyone?

LOL! Two layers of pasta!

Ready for consumption!

Oh yeah, I made myself some pasta today before all the surprise ride came. Btw, Justin didn't know that Julia was coming to pick him up and he got a surprise. LOL! And I spent the time today with great joy. At least, I got to chat with Rachel, I got the car, I got my song quite done up and to bless my two buddies a ride.

Thank You, Jesus! For everything You've done.

Be Blessed!
