Working with Favour!

It's been more than a week since I last updated my blog due to the busyness during work and many activities last week. I do have something to share abt work. I was supposed to meet 3 vendors for Tablet Laptop demos and at first, my H.O.D wanted to meet all of them in a day. Then, when the replies came, they couldn't make it initially.

After all the negotiation and all the planning, I realized and managed to make all the 3 of the vendors to come on the same day. LOL! Simply favour. Many incidents had been happening in school and as usual, you hear politics everywhere. I was restless for awhile and now not as much as previously. Currently, I'm trying to get used to the school and as well as the school getting used to me. All is fine especially with my dept and of coz my IT educator, Irene and my TA (Tech Assistant), Mathew. Of coz, our H.O.D do take quite good care of us. I'm sure God is in the midst of all these situations.

Today, I went to VS - Victoria School. It is for the event tomorrow - EZ COE ICT. I dunno what's the meaning but it's like East Zone ..... Info-Comm Technology..... I believe as time passes, I'm gaining trust and favour in the midst of teachers and my fellow colleagues. There were some hiccups last week when my boss came over and coz I was not at the TA briefing last week.

In fact, today is already 1 month since I started work and pay day is in 2 days time! Just nice for COMEX show tomorrow. Eying on the Logitech Bluetooth mouse. LOL. Many things said, last sat, we celebrated many people's birthdays. Let the photos do the talking.

Happy Birthday, Chris (Tom) Lin & Shawn Wong!

Our New Drummer, Moses! Happy Birthday!

This weekend, Justin and I will have a fun time leading worship for Power Encounter Weekend. I'm sure it's gonna be our encounter, indeed, a fresh encounter into the supernatural I would say. Sorry Evie that I can't play for you during PSP. Justin and I are like so funny lor..... He was supposed to lead worship for Sunday prayer. LOL! I guess Jenn was fast enough to ask. Thanks Jenn for giving us a great opportunity. It's gonna be fun. =)

Congrats Justin @ DTS Graduation

Hey Justin buddy, finally, seeing you @ your DTS graduation brings great joy to many of us! Thanks for the invitation. Seeing you die to self through this journey isn't that easy. Many times, you had to make critical decision and even now, a more deliberate one.

Graduated from DTS!

I'm thankful for your 'disappearance' during your DTS as I've passed through my first 'desert' period, going through loneliness but I survived through it all. Buddy, I'm truly blessed by your faith in your journey. You asked when is my turn to go for DTS? I think my journey now will be more exciting than DTS. It's different but I believe it'll be life-changing each day.

As you continue your journey in DTS part 2, I believe God will bless you tremendously. Remember, ask and it shall be given. Hope you liked our love gift from Chris, Nat, Rach and me. You deserve this blessing. Serve Him more and more.

After graduation, time to rest!

Thanks Justin for being a great buddy. You are really awesome! More to come, our song writing sessions, prayer/worship intercession, TCCs (think we can switch to Soup Spoon), movies and many more fellowship together!

My Beloved!

SMU, full of memories!

Oh yeah, Rach and I took some photos at the balcony of the church! And best, we captured where we studied together when I was in SMU!

Surprise for Rachel's Birthday

Had a great time just now..... celebrating Rachel's birthday. Surprised her and I guess she was really shocked to see many familiar faces. Best of all, she didn't realize that they were there till I made it so obvious. Of course, I got a little 'scolding' from her. Coz she's tired and she wasn't prepared for the crowd.

Dining @ NYDC

Nevertheless, she enjoyed herself, receiving presents and most imptly, she liked the sunflower, the cake and dinner. And of coz, the fellowship of our closest friends. I met 3 new people at the table. It was fun and awesome. Hope she didn't feel awkward.

Happy Birthday, Rach!

Ho Wai: Never seen a handsome guy before?

Since Thursday, the celebration started with her family, followed by the supper after Growth track where Jenn, John and Charissa were at Blk 85 (near Ho Wai's place) and we had a fun time. Celebrated her birthday at 12am. LOL!

Training, Certification & Deployment

Finally, the training is gonna be ending today. TGIF! (Thank God it's Friday) The training was held @ HP and comprises of Technical Assistant training and ICT Executive training. It was a fun experience, learning about Project Management. Soon, I'll be having hands-on experience for Project Management and dealing with vendors, etc.

As for the ICT certification, there was a test which I took a few hours ago. All the 3 of us got the same marks! Highest: 29/30. Lowest 29/30. It's pretty good, isn't it? That's like distinction. It feels great when you can get good grades to build the confidence of one self. In any case, I'm happy that I was offered this job and no regrets in joining HP.

Deployment results will be out soon while we are surfing the net. I guess mine should be confirmed already and it should be BGSS as mentioned earlier in my blog. Looking forward to work next week. Will miss the training times which happened this week.

Be Blessed!
