CNY Gathering @ Elias Terrace

Visited Rach's place yesterday afternoon before PSP and night after service. Kinda funny as we were supposed to finish up the food since there were lots of food. But strangely, we went there, took a few photos of the mirrors khakis, then something happened. I guess God put us there for a reason. Definitely, it was not to eat. But it was for a greater purpose.

Besides the fellowship, I guess it was to serve people. It seems so real where we can serve people by small gestures. It's really been the small little gestures that made me love my surroundings more and more. I've asked myself what I can do. All I need to do is to be available. Being available really changes the atmosphere.

In the afternoon, Gee Yean and I were at Rach's place, peacefully, roamed the place and admiring the house and had a time of worship. No wonder, at PSP, it was easier to soak myself into God's presence. It was awesome. Really. LOL! Rach's drums skills are awesome. The basics are good enough already. Blast me off! We sang our first ever composed song to Gee Yean and Rach's friends.

In the night, Ho Wai and I went Rach's place and sat on the swing and almost started our conversation when we were called to gather. Unfortunately, something happened which made us end up coming home this late. But all is well. We'll be praying and I guess it blessed Rach a lot. Buddy, we have lots to learn from each other. It's cool! Ho Wai, do you agree? I think Rach agrees.

More to say but gonna rest for prayer meeting later. Jesus, I know I'll meet you from home to church. Be with Ho Wai and me when we travel to church. Loving Jesus together with the rest.

Since this week, some of us are not having lessons, work or other activities, we decided to meet today for a nice lunch, movies and fun activities! Bought Justin his belated V-Day present! Hope he really likes it a lot!

We went to Billy Bombers @ 12pm even though we reached early. Since we reached early, we went to take pictures, being the silly us and tired us. Followed by that, we had lunch at the same seats Rach and I sat when we first went there. It was cool! Ho Wai came a while after the food came. We split the food into 4 portions. Had that one on one voucher thingy. Ordered that plus an Oreo Milkshake!

Went around town area @ Cineleisure for TCC & iShop before we caught the silliest movie = EPIC Movie @ the cathay! It's the dumbest movie which I ever thought. Even Date Movie was better than this. I rated it as 5. Justin says 5.5, I think Rach didn't enjoy it at all. I think the movie is a little disappointing. It was only an hour plus.

Best of all, after all these, something happened and I went ahead of the rest. Bought Civilization IV for MAC OS. This is for Rach and I to play when we have holidays or free time. If it can be connected to PC, we can play with Justin too! LOL! I believe we'll enjoy playing this game. But first, I need to install it soon.

Met Aurelia for dinner after 8pm. We had BK @ PS. Had a great time fellowship and chatting through lots of stuff. Great time updating each other. Glad to have a mei like her. She's cool! Really awesome. Been very encouraging to her kor and more to come. Thanks Aure mei for being accommodating and understanding.

Thanks to Justin, Ho Wai and Rach for making yourself available today. Thanks Aurelia for having dinner with Kor. Thanks Gee Yean, even though I cannot join you for that Praise & Worship and Prayer session. Hope all of you enjoyed your day!

CNY Gathering @ Springdale

Today, we had a fantastic time @ Auntie Elaine's place. Before that, I was at Franco's place with Ho Wai, Rach and Huiru. We had a whole lot of fun and planned to bake pasta someday at Franco's place. Welcome to the East Khakis!

Supposed to reach Elaine's place by 1:30pm but we left Franco's place @ 1:30pm! LOL! Thank God, we reached around 2:15pm. If not, they will all complain for lack of drinks! Had fun playing games like Settlers, bridge and 'dai di'. It was ultra full of laughter as we played and fellowshipped throughout the whole afternoon. Gotta thank many people like Kegan, Rach (littlelamb) and Franco. Most importantly, thanks Elaine for the hospitality!

Owe it to Kegan for coordinating the remaining people of the list I was supposed to contact. Many didn't respond but thank God for their response before this event. For Rach, thanks for driving and being patient with me. I guess I was a bit 'rushy' today. LOL! Hope you didn't mind. As for Franco, thanks for the opening of your place. It was fun. Especially, when Rach drove back to your place and the look in the security guard. LOL! That was priceless!

During sharing, it was fantastic. Deep in my heart, I felt like praying and Elaine asked us to pray then. It was encouraging after Gee Yean and Elaine shared. I guess God has His humor always. Thanks to those who took pics with me. Very nice of you all. LOL!

Thereafter, Gee Yean and I went to look for Gladys and I really miss "Ah Glad" so much! She's still so jumpy, fun-loving. Without fail, she keeps everyone comfortable and I'm blessed by her. Went to Sakae Sushi to have our peaceful dinner with Gee Yean. Had a great time of fellowship and after they close, we went to Starbucks. It was really nice to chill!

Above all these, I just want to thank Jesus for such moments like these.
